process
No surprises. No scope creep. No open-ended timelines. Four phases, clear deliverables at each one, and explicit expectations for what you do and what we do.
20
Business days to live preview
1
Round of consolidated feedback
5
Day turnaround on revisions
the four phases
Every PrecisionPort engagement follows the same four-phase model. The timeline is a commitment, not an estimate.
01
Week 1
Discovery and Intake
Before anything is built, everything is understood. You complete a structured intake form. We review it, then meet for a 60-minute kickoff call to confirm scope before build begins.
PrecisionPort does
→ Send you the intake form
→ Review your completed intake
→ Run the 60-minute kickoff call
→ Produce the signed scope document
→ Confirm platform configuration before build
you do
→ Complete the intake form completely
→ Provide brand assets — logo, colors, fonts
→ Provide written content for all pages
→ Share credentials for any existing accounts
→ Attend and engage in the kickoff call
output
Signed scope document and platform configuration checklist — both approved before build begins
02
Weeks 2–4
Platform Build
All five platform layers are built in parallel — website, publication, CRM, marketing automation, and financial systems. Each layer is internally reviewed before the full platform is connected and tested end to end.
PrecisionPort does
→ Build all five layers simultaneously
→ Configure Zapier integration
→ Build auto-categorization rules once bank feeds are connected
→ Internal review at each layer before connecting
→ End-to-end integration test before preview
you do
→ Respond to clarifying questions promptly
→ Connect your own bank account directly inside your QuickBooks account
→ Nothing else — this phase is ours
output
A fully connected, tested platform ready for client preview
03
Week 5

PrecisionPort does
→ Send preview link and run review session
→ Complete revisions within five business days
→ Publish the platform on your sign-off
→ Record and deliver the 30-minute walkthrough
→ Send the Client Payments link for your Webflow plan
you do
→ Review the preview completely before the session
→ Provide one consolidated feedback list
→ Respond within five business days
→ Activate your Webflow site plan
→ Sign off for go-live
output
Your platform is live — website, CRM, marketing, and financial systems all running and connected
04
Ongoing — every year

→ Monthly bank reconciliation and financial package delivery
→ Platform and integration maintenance
→ Consulting hours by appointment
→ Annual platform review at month 11
you do

how we work together
These aren't fine print. They're how we make sure commitments are met on both sides.
Change requests
Through the intake form only — not email, not Slack, not a phone call. Every request gets a written record, a turnaround commitment, and a delivery confirmation. Verbal requests are not binding and will not be actioned.
Feedback windows
Five business days to respond to each review request. Delays caused by late client responses extend the timeline without adjustment to the fee. We hold our side of the timeline — we expect you to hold yours.
Scope management
Anything not listed in the signed scope document is out of scope. We write the scope document to be complete and specific. If something isn't in it, it gets a change order before work begins — not after.
Platform dependencies
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or feature deprecations by Webflow or Zapier. If either platform is discontinued, we will migrate you to a comparable alternative within 60 days. Your data belongs to you, in your accounts, regardless of what happens.
Book a 30-minute platform conversation. We'll look at your current setup, tell you plainly which tier fits, and walk you through what the first five weeks look like for your specific business.
