Plain answers
How long does it take?
20 business days from a completed intake to a live preview. One round of consolidated feedback, revisions within five business days, then your platform goes live. The clock starts when your intake form is complete — not when you sign.
What do I need to provide?
Your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if you have them), written content for your website pages, and credentials for any existing accounts we need to connect. If you don't have copy written, we offer copywriting as an add-on.
What does the annual fee cover?
Platform hosting and maintenance, all integration upkeep, your design change allotment, consulting hours, and your annual platform review at month 11.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You provide the content and the business context. We handle everything else — build, configuration, integration, DNS, bank feed setup, and ongoing maintenance. Your job is to run your business.
What if I want to cancel?
The setup fee is non-refundable after you approve the scope document. The annual fee is non-refundable once the service period begins. If you cancel, you keep everything — your website, your domain, your CRM, your accounting system, your data. All of it runs on your own accounts, in your name. Nothing about leaving costs you what you've built.
What happens with my accounting and financial reporting?
Your QuickBooks Online account is configured at setup — chart of accounts, invoicing, and categorization rules built to your business. Bank feeds connect automatically, so transactions flow in without manual entry. Pull a real P&L or Balance Sheet anytime, right from your own account — you're never waiting on someone else to tell you where you stand.
